Health Certificate & Olive Oil Analysis
The Seven Olea has been certified as an extra virgin olive oil with medical characteristics by the Faculty of Pharmacy of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. The daily consumption of 20 g of Seven Olea provides 15.4 mg of hydroxytyrosol, tyrosol or their derivatives. This means that Seven Olea belongs to the category of olive oils that protect the blood lipids from oxidative stress according to the regulation 432/2012 of the European Union. In addition, the premium quality of Seven Olea has a positive impact on humans, due to the anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, cardioprotective and neuroprotective properties.
